摘要
现在的馈线自动化技术主要在故障隔离方式和处理时间上还不能满足市中心区域重要敏感负荷对供电可靠性的要求。分析比较了现有的3种主要的馈线自动化技术的特点与不足,提出了基于网络自愈功能馈线终端单元(FTU)的馈线自动化。其在厦门城市配电网中的应用实例表明,不仅可缩小故障引起的停电范围,并将非故障区段恢复供电的时间缩短至秒级。
In the modern feeder automation (FA) technology, fault isolation methods and disposal time can't satisfy reliability of power supply for important and sensitive load in the center of city. By analyzing and comparing the character and defect in three main FA technologies, FA based on feeder terminal unit (FTU) with self-healing function is put forward. The implementation on urban distribution network in Xiamen shows range of power failure area will be lessened compared with the current techniques, and the recovery time of power supply area will be shortened into seconds.
