摘要
目的探讨热毒宁和利巴韦林治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染临床效果比较。方法 2010年3月至2012年3月收治的符合入选标准的急性上呼吸道感染246例,分为常规治疗组120例,热毒宁组126例,观察两组临床疗效。结果常规治疗组总有效率85.83%,热毒宁组总有效率94.44%,两组总有效率比较P<0.05,有显著差异性。结论小儿急性上呼吸道感染病毒感染占70%～80%,主要由柯萨奇病毒、埃可病毒、鼻病毒、腺病毒、呼吸道合胞病毒、副流感病毒、流感病毒等引起。热毒宁注射液主要由青蒿、栀子、金银花等组成,通过先进的生产工艺及质控体系合成的第5类中药新药,青蒿辛、苦,寒,具有宣郁散邪、解表清热;金银花具有清热解毒,祛毒泄热;栀子具有清三焦火,导热下行;小儿急性上呼吸道感染治疗过程中应用热毒宁能够显著缩短病程,促进临床症状消失,提高疗效,促进疾病康复。

Reduning injection consists mainly of Arternisia annua, gardenia, honeysuckle and other components, through advanced production technology and quality control system of fifth kinds of synthetic drugs, Artemisia symplectie, bitter, cold, Sun Yu has scattered evil, solution form heat; Honeysuckle has heat-clearing and detoxifying, Qudu discharge heat; gardenia with clearing away the fire, heat downward; chil- dren with acute upper respiratory traet infection treatment process in the application of Reduning earl significant-ly shorten the course of disease, to promote the clinical symptoms disappeared, improve curative effect, promo-ting disease rehabilitation.
