摘要
测定分析了超越馨香和福椒六号辣椒品种秸秆不同采收时间(初期、中期和末期)、部位(叶片、侧枝和主秆)辣椒素、二氢辣椒素和营养成分含量。结果显示:辣椒品种对秸秆辣椒素和二氢辣椒素含量有极显著影响(P〈O.01),超越馨香秸秆辣椒素和中期采收的秸秆二氢辣椒素含量显著高于福椒六号,但末期采收的秸秆二氢辣椒素含量显著低于福椒六号(P〈0.05);秸秆辣椒素和二氢辣椒素含量明显低于果实,超越馨香秸秆辣椒素和二氢辣椒素平均含量约为果实的11.2%和10.7%,福椒六号约为8.0%和12.0%;全株辣椒秸秆粗蛋白14.79%~16.72%,粗灰分11.20%~11.48%,粗纤维28.55%~33.82%,与苜蓿对应成分含量接近。由此可见,辣椒秸秆含有一定量的辣椒素、二氢辣椒素和营养成分,其含量与品种、采收时间和部位有关,可以作为草食动物的粗饲料来源或提取辣椒素的原料。
The contents of capsaicin, dihydrocapsaicin and nutrients in pepper straw (leaf, lateral branch and trunk ) of Chaoyue Xinxiang and Fujiao Liuhao at different harvest times (initial, interim and late stage) were determined in this study. The results indicated that the contents of capsaicin and dihydrocapsaicin in the pepper straws between varieties have significant difference (P〈O.01), and the capsaicin at all stages and dihydrocapsaicin at the interim stage of Chaoyue Xinxiang were remarkably higher than those of Fujiao Liuhao, however, dihydrocapsaicin at the late stage of Chaoyue Xinxiang was less than that of Fujiao Li- uhao. The contents of capsaicin and dihydrocapsaicin in the pepper straw of both varieties were less than their fruits, and the capsaicin and dihydrocapsaicin in the pepper straw were about 11.2 % and 10.7 % in Chaoyue Xinxiang, and 8.0 % and 12.0 % in Fujiao Liuhao of their fruits respectively. The contents of nutrients in the pepper straw of both varieties were: crude protein 14.79 %-16.72 %, crude ash 11.20 %-11.48 %, crude fiber 28.55 %-33.82 %, similar to those in alfalfa. Take together, there are certain contents of capsaicin, dihydrocapsaicin and nutrients in the pepper straw which depend on varieties harvest times and parts, and the pepper straw can be used as the source of crude feed for herbivores or raw materials for the extraction of capsaicin.
