摘要
采用系统布置设计(SLP)原理,以柴油机机油泵厂总平面设计为例,对该油泵厂各作业单位进行定量的物流强度分析和定性的非物流强度分析,综合物流和非物流关系形成作业单位综合相关图,绘制出各作业单位位置相关图和面积相关图。根据工厂的设施占地、工艺要求等影响因素,确定了2套较优的布局方案。从物流效率、生产管理方便、可扩展性、安全生产等方面,运用加权因素法进行比较分析,获得最优布置方案,从而达到优化生产系统的目的。
A overall layout design case study from a diesel oil pump factory is presented. Systematic layout planning (SLP) is applied to analyse the quantitative logistics relations and qualitative non-logistics relations between the operating units. The comprehensive relation graph for all the operating units in the factory is obtained by integrating logistics relations and non-logistics relations, Then the operating units locations correlation graph and operating units area correlation graph are drawed. According to the impact factor of the factory, Two optimization layout plans are proposed. After analying the two plans with logistics,management conveniences, project expansibility, safety production, etc, the final design is obtained by using the weighted factor method, which can achieve production system optimization.
