摘要 近年来,随着航空航天事业的发展,高温钛合金的研究与应用受到了越来越多的关注。目前,各国研发的600℃高温钛合金主要有IMI834、Ti-1100、BT36、BT18Y、Ti60和Ti-600合金等,其中,前4种已获得工业应用。首先概述了600℃高温钛合金的合金化特点,指出未来高温钛合金仍将向着成分多元化方向发展,稀土元素的应用是研究重点方向之一。接下来对几种典型的高温钛合金的性能特点、室高温力学性能进行了重点介绍,最后展望了其未来重点发展的方向。 With the development of aviation and space industry in recent years, the research and application of high temperature titanium alloys are drawing more and more attention. Recently, the high temperature titanium alloys at 600 ℃ include IMI834, Ti-1100, BT36, BT18Y, Ti60, Ti-600 and so on, and four of them have got industrial applica- tion. The alloying feature for the high temperature titanium alloy was firstly introduced. In the future, the composition of the high temperature titanium alloys will also be diversified and the application for rare-earth elements will be one of the key fields. Then property features, mechanical properties at ambient temperature and at 600 ℃ for several typical high temperature titanium alloys were reviewed, and finally the key developing directions in the future are proposed.
