摘要 在舰船消磁设备的生产和使用过程中,需要对其性能进行测试。已有的消磁设备误差测试仪自动化程度低,不能满足消磁设备的测试维护需求,为此研制了一种便携式消磁设备误差测试仪。以VC和NI Component WorksTM作为开发平台,将虚拟仪器技术与数据库管理技术有机结合,对该仪器进行软件设计。实现了对消磁设备性能指标精确、快速、自动化的测量,以及测试结果的存储与查询,达到了相应的指标要求。实际应用表明,该系统界面友好、性能可靠、工作稳定,提高了对消磁设备的检修效率。 In production and use processes of degaussing apparatus, there has the need to test its performance. Existing error testing system doesn' t meet the requirements of degaussing apparatus in testing and maintenance because of low automation. To solve this, a portable degaussing apparatus error tester is developed by the research team. In this paper, we employ VC and NI Component WorksTM as the development platform, combine the virtual instrument technology with database management technology, and design the software for degaussing apparatus error testing system. Our work achieves accurate, fast and automatic tests on performance indices of degaussing apparatus as well as the storage and query of testing data, these all meets the corresponding target. Practical application shows that the system has the characteristics of friendly interface, reliable performance and good stability, and improves the maintenance efficiency of dezaussing anoaratus.
