论述21世纪图书情报人员继续教育的必要性和紧迫性,分析我国在继续教育方面存在的问题及原因,提出强化图书情报人员继续教育的具体内容和实施方法。
The author expounds the necessity and urgency of the continuous education of library and information professionals in the 21st century, analyzes the problems in this field in China and their causes,and discusses the concrete contents and methods of reinforcing the continuous education of the professionals.
