本文总结了医院在实施专科特色技术中采用精细化管理的实践,通过构建准入管理、过程管理和绩效管理体系,全面促进专科特色技术发展,取得效果。
Meticulous management is one of the important direction in hospital management reform in re- cent years. The article summarized the meticulous management of special technology in practice, by building access management, process management and performance management system, promoting the development of special technology with good results.
