摘要
目的:比较我院住院患者抗菌药物应用考核指标与"抗菌药物合理应用专项整治活动方案"中规定的住院患者抗菌药物合理应用考核指标的差距,探讨原因,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:通过我院计算机系统的住院患者医嘱查询功能,采用回顾性研究的方法,对2011年6月和12月出院患者的医嘱中抗菌药物的使用情况,进行统计与分析。结果:经过6个月的整治活动,抗菌药物各个考核指标值都有下降,但仍有不合理用药现象。结论:抗菌药物使用应有指征用药,感染性病例要根据病原学检查选药。
OBJECTIVE： To find out the gap between the antibiotic use index evaluated for the inpatients of our hospital and that specified in ＂Special Renovation Program for Rational Use of Antibacterials＂ and probe into the causes so as to provide references for clinical rational drug administration. METHODS： The utilization of antibiotics in the patients who were discharged during Jun. - Dec. of 2011 were analyzed statistically and retrospectively by using computer＇ s inquiry function on medical order for inpatients. RESULTS ： Six months after the practice of the program, all the indexes of antibiotics have been reduced ; however, irrational antibiotic use was still noted. CONCLUSION ： The antibiotics should only be used in patients with indications, and the drug use for infectious cases should be based on etiological examination.
