摘要
城市生活垃圾炉排焚烧炉水冷壁的高温腐蚀是影响锅炉安全经济运行的重要因素。本文结合某台型号为SLC450-6.5/450的垃圾焚烧发电锅炉,根据顶棚水冷壁的腐蚀速度分布规律和积灰成分,分析产生高温腐蚀的原因及机理,提出了减缓水冷壁高温腐蚀的对策与办法。当垃圾的硫和氯干基成分分别达到0.085%和0.69%时,水冷壁积灰成分SO3可达10.7%,Cl可达2.4%。水冷壁的高温腐蚀速度顶棚大于周围,最高可达43.49×10-5mm/h,且腐蚀速度随时间有加速的趋势。垃圾焚烧发电锅炉水冷壁高温腐蚀具有面积广、中间区域大于两侧和速率分布不均等规律。
High temperature corrosion of municipal solid waste incineration power boiler water wall is main factor influencing the boiler's safe and economic operation.This paper combines SLC450-6.5/450 style municipal solid waste incineration power boiler,analysis reasons and mechanism of high temperature corrosion based on corrosion speed distribution and ash deposition components,and gives some solution to solve high temperature corrosion.When dry basis of sulfur and chlorine reach 0.085% and 0.69%,SO 3 and chlorine can reach 10.7% and 2.4%,The high corrosion rate can reach 43.49×10-5 millimeter per hour.Corrosion presents characteristics of wide area,uneven distribution and so on.
