摘要
实施农产品品牌战略是我国引领现代农业发展、提高农业产业竞争力的必然选择。黑龙江省是农业大省,现已形成了3种类型的品牌化发展模式,政府做了大量支持性工作。新时期,应进一步转变政府职能,加强政府对准公共物品的建设,采取政策支持,发挥政府在农产品品牌化进程中的重要作用。
Carrying out strategy on agricultural productive brand is an inevitable choice,which may not only promote modern agricultural development but also improve agricultural competitiveness.Heilongjiang Province is a big agricultural province,which has formed three different brand developmental models.The government has done a lot of work to support them.During the new period,we’d better further change the functions of government.The government also should enhance constructions of common goods.Taking some effective policy measures makes the government play an important role in the course of agricultural product brand.
