摘要
目的:观察并探讨肾康注射液配合益肾元方治疗糖尿病肾病临床效果及安全性。方法:选取本院2009年3月—2011年5月收治糖尿病肾病患者187例,随机分为两组,其中对照组94例,采用常规综合治疗措施,,包括降糖药物服用、糖尿病饮食控制、运动疗法及健康教育等;实验组93例,在对照组治疗基础上,加用肾康注射液以及益肾元方;治疗结束后评价并比较两组患者临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果:实验组患者临床治疗总有效率明显优于对照组,组间比较差异显著(P<0.05);实验组患者中医症候积分,UAER、TG及TC等实验室指标较对照组与治疗前均明显降低,组间比较差异显著(P<0.05);同时治疗过程中未有明显不良反应发生。结论:肾康注射液配合益肾元方治疗糖尿病肾病临床效果确切,能够有效缓解患者临床症状,改善肾功能,且不良反应少。
Objective：To observe and investigate therapeutic effeet and security of Shengkang injection treatment combined with Haikun Shenxi capsule on diabetic nephropathy. Methods： 187 patients with diabetic nephropathy were chose in the period from March 2009 to May 2011 in our hospital and randomly divided into two groups including control group （94 patients）with con- ventionally comprehensive treatment and experimental group （93 patients） with Shengkang injection treatment combined with Haikun Shenxi capsule on the basis of control group treatment;and ＇after treatment the therapeutic effects and adverse eff^eets of both groups were assessed and compared. Results：The total effective rate of experimental group was significantly better than that of control group（ P 〈0. 05 ）. The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and laboratory parameters of experimental group were significantly lower than those of control group and before treatment（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. And there was no adverse reaction in the course of treatment. Conclusion：Shengkang injection treatment combined with Haikun Shenxi capsule on diabetic nephropathy obtain excel- lent effect with few adverse effects, and is worthy of elinieal application.
