高、低剂量阿昔洛韦治疗玫瑰糠疹的疗效比较被引量：2

摘要目的:比较高、低剂量阿昔洛韦治疗玫瑰糠疹的疗效。方法:125例玫瑰糠疹患者随机分成两组,试验组(60例)以低剂量阿昔洛韦(400 mg,3次/d)治疗,对照组(65例)以高剂量阿昔洛韦(800 mg,3次/d)治疗;均疗程2周。结果:治疗2周后,试验组有效率(78.33%)与对照组(78.46%)相近(P>0.05)。结论:高、低剂量阿昔洛韦治疗玫瑰糠疹疗效相当。
