摘要
目的探讨“品管圈(QCC)”活动提升护理人员综合素质的效果。方法我院2010年5月~2011年5月以自愿报名方式先后成立11个QCC,共118名护理人员参加,医院及时请有关专家来院培训与辅导,帮助圈员掌握“品管圈”知识与手法,使各圈按期顺利完成。在活动开展前后用自制评分表对参与“品管圈”活动的每位圈员进行综合素质调查,内容包括运用QCC手法、团队凝聚力、积极性、沟通协调、自信心、责任心、解决问题能力、参与管理意识8项,每项分值1~5分。结果经过1年的实践,分别统计各项素质分值,计算出每圈及总体平均分值并与活动前比较,每项均有一定程度的成长,活动前后所有参与人员每项分值总和的平均分比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论经过“品管圈”活动,护理人员综合素质得到显著的提升。
Objective To explore the effect of "quality control circle (QCC)" activities to improve nurses" comprehensive quality. Methods From May 2010 to May 2011, our hospital had set up 11 QCC with a voluntary registration details, a to- tal of 118 nursing staff to participated in, the hospital invited interested experts to training and coaching in a timely man- ner for help ring master "quality control circle" knowledge and practices to enable the successful completion of scheduled. Before and after activities using homemade scoring tables involved in the " quality control circle " for comprehensive quali- ty investigation activity each circle, including the application of QCC techniques,teamwork,motivation, communication and coordination, self-confidence, responsibility, problem-solving abilities, sense of participation in the management,each 1-5 points. Results After a year practicing, separately statistics on the quality score, each circle had been calculated an overall average scores were compared with those before the event, each item had a certain amount of growth, the average of the sum of each of the scores of all participants before and after the activities showed statistical differences (P 〈 0.01). Conclusion After the "quality control circle" activities, nurses" overall quality had been promoted significantly.
