摘要
目的对接受化疗的直肠癌患者在治疗期间应用人性化护理模式的临床护理效果进行分析研究。方法抽取直肠癌的临床确诊患者78例,将其分为A、B两组,平均每组39例,在化疗期间分别进行常规护理和人性化护理。结果 B组患者治疗后的直肠癌症状改善效果(89.7%)明显优于A组(74.4%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);围化疗期并发症发生率(7.7%)明显低于A组(43.6%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对接受化疗的直肠癌患者在治疗期间应用人性化护理模式的临床护理效果显著,具有推广价值。
Objective To analyze and study the clinical nursing effects of patients with rectal cancer receiving chemothera- py taking humane care during treatment. Methods Seventy eight cases of patients diagnosed as rectal cancer in clinic were chosen and divided into group A and B, with 39 cases in each group on average, and were given routine care and humane care during chemotherapy respectively. Results The improvement effect of rectal cancer symptoms after treatment in group B （89.7%） was significantly better than group A （74.4%）, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）; and the in- cidence of complications （7.7%） around chemotherapy was significantly lower than that in group A （43.6%）, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The clinical nursing effects of patients with rectal cancer receiving chemotherapy taking humane care during treatment are significant, which is worthy of promotion.
