电镀法制备晶态Ni-W合金镀层摩擦与磨损性能 被引量:7

摘要 采用电镀方法在N80钢表面制备Ni-W合金镀层;经500℃热处理后镀层由非晶态转变为晶态,通过SEM,EDS和XRD等分析Ni-W镀层组织结构、元素能谱和物相组成,研究Ni-W镀层滑动磨损特性,测试其摩擦因数,用SEM观察试样磨损表面形貌,对磨损机理进行分析。研究结果表明:晶态Ni-W镀层为Ni基固溶体,表面显微硬度为1 100,粗糙度为454.41 nm,摩擦因数为0.52左右;Ni-W镀层具有较强的抗磨能力,磨损表面主要呈现轻微擦伤现象,镀层剥落而造成磨粒磨损,磨损率剧增。 Ni-W alloy coating was prepared on the N80 steel surface with electroplating method,its coating coating was changed from amorphous structure into crystalline structure after the heat treatment of 500 ℃,and the elements spectrums and phase compositions were analyzed by SEM,EDS and XRD,respectively.The sliding wear properties of Ni-W coating were researched;its friction coefficient was tested;the surface morphologies after wear were observed by SEM,and the wear mechanism was discussed.The results show that the crystalline Ni-W coating is composed of Ni-based solid solution,its surface microhardness is 1 100,the roughness is 454.41 nm,the friction coefficient is about 0.52,Ni-W coating has strong anti-wear ability,the coating surface after wear mainly presents minor scrape phenomenon,the particle attrition is mainly caused by coating spalling,and the wear rate increases obviously.
