不同方法制备的Au/Fe_2O_3催化剂对CO的催化氧化 被引量:9

Catalytic Performance for CO Oxidation over Au/Fe_2O_3 Catalysts Prepared by Different Methods

摘要 采用有机金属络合物固载法和共沉淀法制备了Au/Fe2 O3 催化剂 ,考察了该催化剂在CO氧化中的催化活性及其制备条件如焙烧温度、金的负载量、沉淀剂、活性组分前体和制备方法等因素对催化活性的影响 .结果表明 :两种方法制备的Au/Fe2 O3 (金负载量为3% )对CO氧化具有良好的催化活性 ,可分别于 - 5℃和 - 2 3℃以下将空气中 1% (体积分数 )的CO完全转化为CO2 ; WT5BZ]Au/Fe 2O 3 catalysts are prepared by grafting organo metal complex and coprecipitation methods respectively. The catalytic performance for CO oxidation over these catalysts is evaluated and the effects of preparation conditions and methods on catalytic activities are investigated. It is found that under the conditions controlled strictly, Au/Fe 2O 3(Au loading:3%) catalyst prepared by the two methods mentioned above can oxidize 1%(volume percent) CO in air to CO 2 completely at -5 ℃ and below -23 ℃ respectively; the sample prepared by coprecipitation exhibited higher catalytic activity than that by grafting.
