摘要
论文以数字图书馆国际化趋势及启示为切入点,在分析淮安数字图书馆建设条件、内容、目标和必要性的基础上,提出了"三网"融合的发展思路。
Taking the international trend and enlightenment of digital library as the breakthrough point, and on the basis of analyzing the construction condition, content, goal and necessity of digital library of Huaian, this paper proposes the thinking of development of ＂Three Networks＂ merging.
