摘要
本文以学生、学校、企业、政府和中介组织等五个主要利益相关者为研究对象,探讨德国工科本科生企业实习的运转机制。研究发现德国已经形成了学生主动参与、大学有效指导、企业积极参与、政府宏观管理、中介组织配合的五元合一的大学生企业实习社会大系统。
Based on the five main study objects and stakeholders of students,universities,enterprises,government and intermediary organizations,this thesis discusses the operative mechanism of the German engineering undergraduate internship.The study finds that Germany has formed the college students′ internship social system with five elements that involves the students′ active participation,the university′s effective guidance,the enterprises′ active participation,the government′s macro-management,and the cooperation of intermediary organizations.
