摘要
目的探讨老年人急性胆囊炎临床特点及外科治疗体会。方法对2009年2月—2010年2月该院66例病人资料分析。结果本组66例均痊愈出院。10例术后出现不同程度的并发症。结论老年人急性胆囊炎病情复杂,但及时正确的诊断,恰当的围手术期准备,对伴发病的及时处理,以及选择合理的术式,是老年人急性胆囊炎治疗成功的关键。
Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of elderly patients with acute cholecystitis and surgical treatment.Methods 66 patients＇ data from 2009.2 to 2010.2 in our hospital were analyzed.Results 66 patients were cured.10 patients with varying degrees of postoperative complications.Conclusion The key to successful treatment of acute cholecystitis Includs timely and correct diagnosis,appropriate perioperative preparation,and to choose the right procedure.
