摘要
本文在开展半导体器件ＤＰＡ试验的基础上，介绍了将ＤＰＡ扩大至电子、电磁和电气元器件领域的研究重点和有关技术途径，以及相应的试验内容。
Based on the DPA testing of semiconductor devices, the main points, approaches and relative testing needed for the expansion of DPA to the areas of electronic, electromagnetic and electrical components were introduced.
