摘要
对7020铝合金型材生产工艺进行了试验研究,确定了7020铝合金铸棒的均匀化处理制度;型材的挤压工艺参数;该合金型材淬火后停放时间为96 h之内;峰值时效制度为145℃16 h,双级时效制度为90℃8 h和130℃16 h。所生产的型材抗拉强度和屈服强度可分别达到436 N/mm2、394 N/mm2以上,其性能指标满足了用户的要求。
The production process system of 7020 aluminum alloy profile has been tested; the homogenization system of 7020 aluminum alloy ingot has been settled; the extrusion process parameters of profile have been found;the holding time behind quenching has been controlled within 96 h;the double step aging system is 90℃ with 8 h holding and 130℃ with 16 h holding;the peak aging system is 145℃ with 16h holding. The tensile strength and yield strength can reach to 436 N/mm2 and 394 N/mm2 separately. Its properties can meet the cus- tomers' requirement.
