摘要
根据某运载火箭姿控发动机中常用的导管连接形式,以60°球头-锥面密封结构为研究对象,通过有限元方法研究密封面上的接触应力和接触宽度随拧紧力矩的变化规律,并结合金属应力松弛的模型,分析球面密封结构的漏率。结果表明:相对较大的拧紧力矩可使球头-锥面获取较大密封面宽度和平均接触应力,增强密封效果,但考虑到应力松弛的影响,拧紧力矩不应过大;导管连接件装配时,要保证球头和锥面的轴向对中,使密封面接触应力合理分布;球头和锥面的表面粗糙度影响装配的拧紧力矩和最终的漏率大小,要保证接触面的加工质量。
According to the joint type for pipeline widely used in the propulsion system of some rocket, by selecting me 60° globe-cone joint sealing as a study object, the changing rules of contact stress and contact width of sealing caused by different tightening torques were studied with finite element method. Combined with the model of metal stress relaxation, the leakage rate of globe-cone joint sealing was analyzed. The results demonstrate that the bigger average contact stress and contact width can be obtained by the larger tightening torque of globe-cone joint for strengthening the sealing effect. How- ever, at considering the effects of contact stress relaxation, the tightening torque should not be too big of value. The axial alignment of globe-cone should be guaranteed during the assembly of pipeline joints so as to obtain a reasonable contact stress distribution. The processing quality of the contact surface must be paid more attention due to the surface roughness of globe-cone joint impacting on tightening torque at assembly and ultimate leakage rate.
