摘要
目的探讨20 mL小儿罗叶泵的制作方法,并对其行耐疲劳实验,观察罗叶泵的搏动性能。方法罗叶泵由泵体、隔膜、隔膜固定圈、泵接口、出入口和人工瓣膜等组成。模具制作,采用注塑成形工艺制作辅助泵泵体和隔膜固定圈;采用冷成形热固定的方法制作罗叶泵隔膜;泵的出、入接口采用Tc-4医用钛金属制作;瓣膜采用17#CL-I(标准型)国产人工机械心脏瓣膜。对组装好的罗叶泵在模拟循环台上行耐疲劳实验。结果采用模具注塑成形的方法制作20 mL小儿罗叶泵,泵内表面光滑,泵体透明。在模拟循环台上进行测试,泵体、隔膜及接口无变形和渗漏。结论采用模具注塑成形技术可成功制作小儿罗叶泵,质量稳定,可实现批量生产,提高了制作效率。制成的罗叶泵具有良好的耐久性。
Objective To investigate the manufacture method of 20 mL pediatric Luo-Ye pump, and conduct a test about its fatigue resistance to observe impulse performance of the pump. Methods Luo- Ye pump is composed of five parts: pump body, diaphragm, diaphragm fixed ring, inlet and outlet of prosthetic valve. The injection forming technique is adopted to manufacture Luo-Ye pump body of auxiliary pump, and diaphragm fixed ring; the methods of cold forming and thermal fixing are adopted to make diaphragm of pump; inlet and outlet of pump are made by medical Tc-4 titanium; valves adopt 17# CL-I(standard form) domestic, artificial, mechanical valves. A Luo-Ye pump assembled undertakes fatigue test on analogue circulatory device. Results Pediatric Luo-Ye pump of 20 mL is manufactured by taking the method of injection moulding, in which the surface is smooth. The pump body is totally transparent. It is tested on analogue circulatory device. And no deformities and leakage are found around the pump body, diaphragm, inlet and outlet. Conclusion Adoption of injection moulding technique could successfully manufacture pediatric Luo-Ye pump, which has stable quality and realizes batch production. Pediatric Luo-Ye pump has satisfactory durability.
