摘要
目的为了让学生从根本上理解X线机的工作原理,同时又能提高实际项目操作能力和综合应用能力,本文将"项目驱动"式教学模式引入X线机设备学的教学中。方法按照本课程的知识体系,采用层次递进方式进行单元项目的设计。以程控X线机的教学为例,详细讨论了项目设计和项目考核方法,最后提出过程考核和终结性考核相结合的课程考核方法。结果通过几个项目任务的完成,使学生既真正掌握了X线机的工作原理,又体会到了学科知识交叉运用的乐趣,大大激发了学习兴趣,提高了学习的主动性和创新能力。结论项目驱动式教学模式对X线机设备学以及其他大型医学影像设备学的教学改革具有极大的促进作用。
Objective In order to make students really understand the working principle of the X-ray machine, and enhance the ability of project operating and comprehensive application, this paper introduces project-driven model to the teaching of X-ray machine. Methods According to the knowledge structure of the course, hierarchical progressive method is applied in the design of driving projects. Taking the teaching of programmable X-ray machine as the example, the design of the project and the project examination are discussed in detail. At last, a course examination model that the result of process examination and summative examination combined proportionally as the course score is proposed. Results Through several projects, students not only truly master the principle of X-ray machine, but also appreciate the fun of cross-use of subject knowledge. So project-driven model can greatly stimulate the interest in learning, and improve the learning initiative and innovation. Conclusion Project-driven teaching model plays a great role in promoting the teaching reform of X-ray machine and other medical imaging equipment.
