摘要
传统的油井计量技术存在着一些弊端,特提出三点建议:1、研究建立计量测试评价模拟实验室,弥补油田该领域的空白,提高计量测试的技术层次和地位,对计量新技术的准确性给予更好的测试验证。2、做好计量技术的储备,掌握各类计量技术的适应性、准确性指标,对管理层需要计量调查和监管的油井,给予充分的技术支持。3、结合基层实际开展计量技术的推广工作,尤其是计量和节能工作紧密联系,在产量计量准确的同时,指导基层节能工作的开展。
Aiming at some disadvantages existing in conventional oil well measuring technique,this paper presents three suggestions： the first is to study and set up simulation laboratory for measuring,testing and evaluating to fill in the gap of this field,and raise measuring technical level to better prove the accuracy of new measuring technique;the second is to work well for reserving measuring techniques and grasp different adaptability and accuracy indicators for various measuring techniques to support technically the oil wells management wants to survey by measuring and supervise;the third is to promote measuring technique based on practice of basic level,especially to strengthen the link between measuring and energy saving and guide grassroots energy saving work while output calculation is accurate.
