摘要
通过采用电子万能试验机、金相显微镜以及扫描电镜,分析研究了微量钪对铸造铝硅合金铸态组织与性能的影响规律。结果表明:当添加钪的含量(wSc)达到0.15%时,合金的铸态组织发生了显著的变化,当钪的含量达到0.2℅时,铸态铝硅合金的力学性能达到了最大值,随着钪含量的继续增加,合金的力学性能呈下降趋势。
Through the use of electronic tmiversal testing machine, metallographic microscope and scaning electron microscope, the influence of the trace of scandium on the cast microstructure and properties of cast Al-Si alloy was studied. The results show that the microstructure of cast Al-Si alloy has a significant change when scandium content is of 0.15%. When the scandium content is of 0.2%, the mechanical properties of cast Al-Si alloy have a maximum, and with the increasing of scandium content, the mechanical properties decrease gradually.
