摘要
为了提高钢坯加热质量和加热炉节能降耗,研究了钢坯加热特点,建立了钢坯内部温度场预报模型。利用有限元分析软件模拟了加热炉加热钢坯过程。以钢坯内部温度场模型和有限元分析为依据,把钢坯内部温度场与加热炉温度设定联系起来,再现钢坯内部传热情况和温度场分布,求得钢坯加热炉炉温设定最佳节能策略。该研究为进一步分析钢坯加热参数和加热炉节能控制提供研究手段和参考依据。
In order to improve the billet heating quality and saving energy in reheating furnace the character of billet heating was studied, the prediction model within a billet temperature field was established. The billet heating process was simulated with finite element analysis software. Based on analysis of the prediction model within billet temperature field and finite element analysis, the temperature field and the setting of furnace temperature were combined. The heat transfer situation and temperature field distribution within billet in the billet heating process were reappeared. And then the optimal saving energy strategy of billet heating was got. These can provide important research tools and reference for fiarther analyzing the billet heating parameters and saving energy control of heating furnace.
