摘要
目的观察对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者实施围术期护理干预的效果。方法将医院住院治疗的66例实施腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者根据随机数字表法随机分为干预组(n=33,实施围术期护理干预)与对照组(n=33,根据医嘱随机对症护理),比较两组的手术观察指标、并发症情况及护理满意度。结果干预组患者的手术时间、术中平均出血量、术后下床活动时间、术后排气时间及术后住院时间均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预组并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预组护理满意度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者实施围术期护理干预措施,有利于缩短手术时间、减少术中出血量、减少住院时间,降低术后并发症的发生率,提高护理满意度。
Objective To observe the effect of perioperative nursing intervention for patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods ALL 66 cases with laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital according to the random number table were randomly divided into intervention group （n=33,the implementation of the perioperative nursing intervention） and control group （n=33,according to his physicians were randomly symptomatic care）,indicators and complications were compared between two groups.Results The operation time,the mean bleeding amount,postoperative ambulation time,postoperative passage of flatus and postoperative hospital stay of the intervention group were significantly lower than the control group.The incidence of complications of the intervention group was significantly lower than the control group （P 0.05）.Nursing satisfaction of intervention group was better than the control group（P 0.05）.Conclusion Laparoscopic cholecystectomy implementation of perioperative nursing interventions can shorten the operative time,reduce intraoperative blood loss,reduce hospitalization time,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and improve nursing satisfaction.
