摘要
目的观察针刺配合西药治疗儿童多动症的治疗效果。方法将68例儿童多动症患者随机分为两组,对照组32例应用西药盐酸哌甲酯缓释片治疗,治疗组36例采用针刺配合西药治疗。两组均于治疗开始及3个疗程后实施Cornners父母问卷测验。结果治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),两组症状较治疗前均有改善(P<0.05),治疗组品行问题、学习问题、冲动多动、多动指数因子分较对照组进步更为明显(P<0.05)。结论针刺配合西药比单纯西药治疗儿童多动症疗效更高,可更好地改善多动症患者的症状。
Objective To observe the treatment effects of combining acupuncture with Western medication in treating attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) of childhood. Method Sixty-eight children with ADHD were randomized into two groups. 32 cases in the control group took Methylphenidate Hydrochloride extended-release tablets, while 36 cases in the treatment group received acupuncture and Western medication. Conners' Parent Rating Scale was adopted for evaluation before treatment and after 3 treatment courses. Result The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control (P〈0.05), and both groups had improvements in symptoms after treatment (P〈0.05). The treatment group had more significant improvements than the control group in conduct disorder, leaming problem, impulsive-hyperactive problem, and hyperactive index (P〈0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture plus Western medication has higher therapeutic efficacy than medication alone in treating ADHD of childhood, and improves more significantly the symptoms of ADHD patients.
