Ⅰ型神经纤维瘤病周围神经病变的超声诊断 被引量：9

摘要 神经纤维瘤是指起源于神经鞘细胞一种良性周围神经瘤样增生性病变。当神经纤维瘤多发或伴发全身其他系统疾患时，称为神经纤维瘤病，是一种累及多系统的常染色体显性遗传病。1987年美国国立卫生研究所（NationalInstitutesofHealth，NIH）根据该病的临床表现、细胞生物学和分子生物学特点将其分为两种类型：I型神经纤维瘤病（neurofibromatosistypeI，NFl，0MIMl62200），又称VonRecklinghausen病；
