王琦辨体-辨病-辨证治疗过敏性疾病经验 被引量：39

摘要 对王琦治疗过敏性疾病经验进行总结,认为调节过敏性体质应贯穿过敏性疾病防治的始终,以无柄灵芝、(制)何首乌、乌梅、蝉蜕四味药合用作为过敏体质调体方,可有效预防过敏性疾病并防止复发。同时在辨体论治的基础上提出先辨病——抓住根本病机,如肺系过敏性疾病基本病机为邪热怫郁于肺,皮肤过敏性疾病基本病机为热伏血分;再辨证——做到因人施之,并佐以对症治疗。
