摘要
校企合作,政府必须成为强大的推动力量,政府和行业做为推手,为高职院校寻求在区域内同行业企业合作提供有力的保障。而集团化的合作,更是搭建了校企合作的宽广平台,使集团的所有成员成为利益共同体,校企、校校之间资源共享、优势互补、互相支持、共谋发展,从而形成资源共享、责任共担、过程共管、互利共赢四方育人机制,实现学生、企业、产业、学校四方共赢。
The government should contribute great support to the cooperation between enterprises and colleges,which will thus guarantee that the colleges might find suitable industries and enterprises to establish sound cooperation in their regions.The collectivized cooperation sets up a strong platform on which all the members in the group can co-share the resources,make use of each other＇s advantages,support each other and achieve co-development.In this way the talents cultivation mechanism is formed with the features of resources co-sharing,liabilities co-shouldering,process co-managing,and benefits co-wining.Thus,students,enterprises,industries and colleges are all winners.
