摘要
"三转变"教育是针对高职涉农专业学生而设计的思想政治教育模式。"三转变"即一年级由高中生向高职生转变,二年级由夯实理论基础向提高实践能力转变,三年级由顶岗实习向主动就业转变。它具有针对性、实效性和专业性等特点,是学生思想政治教育工作的有效途径。
＂Three-change＂ education is designed ideological and political education mode for higher vocational students in agriculture related major.＂Three-change＂ means that in grade one senior high students change higher vocational students,in grade two the emphasis of theory basis change the improvement of practical ability,and in grade three Dinggang internship change active employment.It is qualified with pertinence,actual effect and professionalism,which is the effective approach for students＇ ideological and political education work.
