摘要
在涉毒案件中,毒品的成分、数量是决定违法、犯罪行为社会危害性大小的一个十分重要的因素。毒品定性定量工作不仅影响毒品犯罪的量刑,也是部分毒品案件罪与非罪的决定因素。
There are problems in qualitative and quantitive testing of drugs in China, such as lack of pro- fessional standard of testing designer drugs, weak implementation of investigation of drug-related cases, lack of legal reference for identifying ulation for suppressing designer procedures for sending drugs to and converting designer drugs back to certain drug types, laggard drugs, lack of legal mandate for identifying contents of drugs, be analyzed, and etc.. This essay has discussed those problems law and reg- lack of clear and proposed countermeasures respectively.
