摘要
在经济转型期,辽宁省装备制造业如何提高自主创新能力和经济效益并实现转型升级是当前发展的重点。针对辽宁省装备制造业生产效率低下、自主创新能力不足等问题,从制造业急需转型升级的本质出发,以辽宁装备制造业的发展现状为基础,分析其转型升级的途径与障碍,提出支持辽宁省装备制造业转型升级的政策体系,并给出相应对策建议。
In the period of economic transformation, how to improve the independent innovation capability and economic benefit, and achieve transformation and upgrading of equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning Province are important issues of current development. According to the problems of low production efficiency and lack of independent innovation capability, it is started with the essence of urgent need of transformation and upgrading of equipment manufacturing industry. Based on the status quo of development of equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning Province, the path and obstacle are analyzed of its transformation and upgrading, the policy system is proposed supporting transformation and upgrading of equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning Province, and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are brought forward.
