白肋烟调制期间细菌菌株动态变化研究

摘要 [目的]为了探明白肋烟调制期间对照与处理的细菌菌株动态变化。[方法],在采收前1 d,对白肋烟品种TN86进行WB5菌株喷洒处理,并设清水作对照,调制期间,每隔5 d采集其烟叶样品,分析其不同调制时期的细菌菌株总量,探明其动态变化。[结果]晾制期间烟叶中细菌总量在105~109CFU/g,晾制初期(0~15d)菌量较高,晾制末期(30~45 d)菌量较低。[结论]该研究可为白肋烟进一步的科学研究提供科学理论依据。 [Objective ]In order to prove up the variety trend of bacteria strain of burley tobacco during air-curing.[Method] Spraying bacteria WB5 on the harvest leaves in the field test at 1 day before harvesting,and the CK was treated by spraying pure water,the tobacco leaves were collected every 5 days,then isolated bacteria from sample and counted,proved up their the variety trend.[Result] The results showed that the total bacteria strain was 10^5-109 CFU/g during air-curing;The bacteria strain amount was higher during air-curing 0-15 days,while the total bacteria strain amount was lower during air-curing 30-45 days.[Conclusion] The study provides a scientific and theoretical basis for deep science research on the burley tobacco.
