摘要
针对1 000 MW超超临界锅炉发生水冷壁高温腐蚀这一现象,深入分析了其发生的原因。分析结果表明,此次腐蚀发生的主要原因为煤质变化、炉膛缺氧燃烧、火焰偏斜、一二次风调节特性差等。同时,从运行调整方面提出了严格控制入炉煤质量、增加运行氧量、监测火焰、壁温及控制炉膛负压等改进建议及措施。
The reason of high temperature corrosion on water wall were analysed deeply according to that happened on 1 000 MW ultra supercritical boiler. The results showed that the corrosion occurred mainly due to the coal quality variation, lack of oxygen burning, flame deflection, the poor adjustment characteristic of the primary and secondary air. Some propositions were put forward from the operation adjustment, such as control the coal quality into the furnace strictly, increase the oxygen, monitor the flame and the wall temperature, control the furnace pressure.
