摘要
目的探讨低场MR平扫对脊椎结核尤其是早期结核的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析11例手术或临床随访证实的脊椎结核的0.35TMR资料。结果 2例早期MR平扫表现为受累椎体终板(以前部多见)T1WI低T2WI高信号及轻微破坏表现,8例典型MR平扫征象为椎体终板破坏、椎旁脓肿、椎间盘破坏或椎管受压,1例不典型表现为累及4个椎体的跳跃性发病。结论认识脊椎结核的低场MR表现特征有利于准确诊断尤其是早期诊断。
Objective To study the value of low field MR in the spinal tuberculosis especially for early diagnosis. Methods A retrospective analysis of 0.35T MR data of 11 cases of spinal tuberculosis confirmed by operation or clinical follow-up. Results Early lesions of spinal tuberculosis in 2 cases,MR plan scan showing the involvement of vertebral endplate（mainly located in the front） T1WI low T2WI high signal and slight damage.8 cases were typical spinal tuberculosis,MR plan scan showing the destruction of the vertebral endplate,paravertebral abscess,disc disruption or spinal canal compression.1 case was atypical,MR plan scan showing 4 vertebral involved with jumping onset. Conclusions It is helpful to understand the features of spinal tuberculosis on low field MR for the accurate diagnosis,especially early diagnosis.
