摘要
目的探讨高强度聚焦超声治疗子宫肌瘤患者焦虑情况产生的原因及应对措施。方法通过对160例患者进行焦虑自评量表问卷调查,评价术前患者焦虑的反应程度。结果 156例患者的焦虑评分均超过了临界标准分。结论高强度聚焦超声治疗子宫肌瘤对患者心理造成的不良影响,可以通过健康教育和心理护理得到减轻或消除,为患者的早日康复打下坚实基础。
Objective To study high intensity focused ultrasound in the treatment of uterine fibroids in patients with anxiety causes of the situation and measures taken in response. Methods Through the anxiety of 160 patients self-rating scale questionnaire,the evaluation of preoperative anxiety of patients with a degree of response. Results 156 cases of anxiety in patients with scores exceeding the critical standards. Conclusions High intensity focused ultrasound in the treatment of uterine fibroids patients with adverse psychological impact can be reduced or eliminated through health education and psychological care,early rehabilitation for patients and lay a solid foundation.
