摘要
介绍了大尺寸燃气轮机叶片熔模铸造工艺现状,重点列举了叶片熔模铸造的几个关键过程:模具设计及制造、蜡模尺寸控制、型壳制造工艺、定向和单晶叶片技术等。并指出了大尺寸燃机叶片熔模铸造工艺的几种关键技术目前的发展方向。
The process status about the investment casting of the large-size turbine blade is summarized. Some key processes of blade casting are emphatically enumerated, such as dies designing and making, wax dimension controlling, manufacturing techniques of shell and techniques of direction blade and single-crystal blade. This paper also introduces the developing direction ofkeyprocess, and forecasts the future of this technology.
