摘要
针对常规串级控制系统难于消除主副回路间相互影响的缺点 ,本文提出了一种鲁棒串级控制系统 ,并基于继电反馈自整定技术提出了这种串级控制系统的设计方法。在某电厂 30 0 MW机组实际应用的结果表明 ,采用该方法设计的串级控制系统与常规方法设计的系统相比较具有更强的鲁棒性和良好的动、静态性能。
In this paper,a novel robust design of cascade control system is proposed, aimed at eliminating the disadvantages of traditional design via complete decoupling of the design and performance of two cascaded control loops.This paper also gives the relay feedback auto tuning procedure of the new design method.The industrial application results in a 300MW boiler turbine unit show that the cascade control system that uses the robust design method has stronger robustness and better control quality than that of using classical design.
