摘要
心肌顿抑和缺血-再灌注损伤是同一变化的连续统一体,是心脏缺血性疾病的发病机制之一。其确切机制目前尚未完全阐明,人们提出了各种假说,包括氧自由基、钙超载、能量代谢障碍及微血管痉挛等均参与心肌顿抑的发病过程,近期研究发现,心肌顿抑时伴有多种基因表达的改变,这些将为治疗缺血性心脏病的治疗提供新的思路。
Myocardial stunning and ischemia reperfusion injury are the continuum of the same changes. It is one of the main mechanisms of ischemic heart disease, whereas the exact mechanisms remain unclear. People have proposed various hypotheses, including free oxygen radicals, calcium overload, energy metabolization obstacle and microvascular spasm, are involved in the pathogenesis of myocardial stunning, and a recent study found that with a variety of gene expression changes, these will be for the treatment of ischemic heart disease treatments with new ideas.
