摘要
提出了一个基于ARM CortexTM-M3内核微控制器LM3S8962的静脉输液滴速控制系统;在简要介绍系统结构的基础上,重点阐述了由光电传感器和斯密特触发器构成的滴速反馈环节,根据物理光学理论和示波器波形指出在检测到液滴落下时,光电传感器会输出双波峰形信号,并针对系统中的非线性与延迟等问题设计了合适的控制算法,实验结果表明了该方案的控制性能优异。
This paper proposes a vein infusion dripping rate control system based on ARM CortexTM -- M3 core microcontroller LM3S8962. Based on a brief introduction of the whole system, we focus on the feedback link composed of photoelectric sensor and the Schmitt trigger. According to physical optics theory and the oscilloscope waveform, we point out that the photoelectric sensor will output a double--peaks signal when a droplet is detected. Besides, a proper control algorithm is designed to solve the nonlinear and lag problems in this system. Experiment results show that the control performance of the proposed approach is excellent.
