摘要
目的:观察应用临床护理路径对不稳定性心绞痛患者进行健康教育的效果。方法:将92例住院不稳定性心绞痛患者按住院先后顺序随机分成对照组和干预组。干预组按照制定的临床路径表进行健康教育,对照组按传统的护理模式进行健康教育。比较两组患者的住院时间、住院费用、对疾病相关知识的掌握和患者及家属的满意率。结果:干预组的住院时间及住院费用均低于对照组,对疾病的掌握和满意率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用临床护理路径对不稳定性心绞痛患者实施健康教育,使患者全面系统的掌握健康知识,可减少住院时间,降低住院费用提高患者及家属对护理工作的满意率。
Objective: To observe the effect of health education applying clinical path in patients with unstable angina, and explore a prescriptive nursing method. Methods: 92 cases of unstable angina were randomly divided into two groups, observation group carried out health education path and control group with routing healthy education. The hospital stays, hospital expenses, disease- related knowledge and satisfaction were compared between two groups. Results:The hospital stays and expenses in observation group were lower than control group, while knowledge of disease and satisfaction were higher (P〈0.05). Conclusion:The application of health education path can improve nursing quality of patients with unstable angina.
