摘要
通过优先浮选锌的工艺流程对河南某黄金氰化尾矿进行了试验研究,结果表明:浮选锌采用一粗三扫三精的选别流程,选用组合抑制剂XJ-3作为抑制剂,丁铵黑药作捕收剂,可取得锌回收率、品位分别为88.76%、40.67%的合格锌精矿,并且尾矿即为硫精矿,无污染物排放,不用集中处理,充分利用了矿山资源,对环境影响较小。
An experimental research on comprehensively recovering zinc and sulphur zinc and sulphur from the cyanide tailings of a gold cyanide leaching plant in Henan by the technological flowsheet of selective flotation of zinc was carried out.As a result,by using the flotation flowsheet of one roughing-three scavenging-three cleaning,using combined inhibitor XJ-3 and ammonium dibutyl dithiophosphate as collectors,a qualified zinc concentrate with grade of 40.67% and recovery was 88.76% was obtained,the tailings which could also be a pyrite concentrate,no pollutants would be discharged and be centrally treated.This process technology can make full use of mineral resources,and has little influence on environment.
