摘要
目的了解上海市宝山区某大型企业中青年管理人员体质量控制知、信、行情况,为今后制定全区干预措施提供依据。方法采用方便取样方法选取被调查者共162人,进行问卷调查与体格测量。结果总体超重率26.5%,肥胖率6.8%;98.1%知晓自身体质量,46.3%对自身体质量满意或非常满意,42.6%知晓BMI(体重指数)计算方法;69.8%主动学习体质量控制知识技能,女性比例高于男性(P<0.05);94.4%一日三餐定时吃饭;84.0%日均静坐累计时间超过9h,39~45岁年龄段比例最低(P<0.05);51.9%至少每月测1次体质量,43.8%至少每周锻炼身体1次,39~45岁年龄段比例最高;80.9%的认为减肥产品可能存在副作用,35.2%很少或从未关注过减肥产品;与BMI差异具有相关意义的为锻炼身体频率,BMI数值越高,人群锻炼频率可能越高。结论被调查对象具有一定的超重肥胖比例,应关注企业重点人群,引导全员进一步加强体质量控制。
Objective To understand body mass control situation among young and middleaged managers of a certain largescale enter prise at Baoshan District, Shanghai, so as to provide basis for further allregion interventions.Methods By using convenient sampling method, totally 162 people were selected.Then questionnaires and physique measurements were conducted. Results Overall overweight rate was 26.6%, the obesity rate was 6.8%, 98.1%0 of the people knew their body mass, 46.3% were satisfied or very satisfied with their body mass, 42.6% knew BMI(body mass index) calculation method, 69.8% actively learned body mass control knowledge and skills, the propor tion of women was larger than that of men(P 〈 0.05);94.4% regularly had three meals a day, 84.0% had average time of daily confucian meditation of more than nine hours,the people of 39 45 yearold were in the lowest percentage(P 〈 0.05);51.9% measured body mass at least once a month, 43.8% took exercise at least once a week,the people of 39 45 years old were in the highest percentage; 80.9% thought that weightlosing products possibly had side effects, 35.2% hardly or never focused on diet products.Gender and age could lead to the BMI differences of people.The higher 13MI was, the higher exercise frequency of people would be.Conclusion The overweight rates were quite high among the investigated people, attention should be paid to the striking group at an enterprise so as to lead all people to strengthen body mass control.
