小针刀松解结合关节镜下清理松解术治疗肘关节挛缩的疗效研究 被引量：4

摘要 目的:研究小针刀松解结合关节镜下清理松解术治疗肘关节挛缩的有效性和优越性。方法:收集各类肘关节挛缩的患者60例,随机分为3组,一组20例应用小针刀治疗,一组20例应用关节镜治疗,一组20例应用关节镜结合小针刀治疗,每组治疗后均采取物理和康复功能锻炼。最后在术后6～12个月复查时进行HSS肘关节评分。结果:术后6～12个月HSS评分,小针刀结合关节镜组的91.4±9.4分优于关节镜组的84.6±10.6分,优于小针刀组的81.8±11.8分(F=24.33,P<0.01)。结论:小针刀结合关节镜清理松解术是治疗肘关节挛缩的一种有效的方法。
