摘要
以某电厂SCR脱硝装置运行22 080 h的催化剂为研究对象,对催化剂进行脱硝率测试及化学表征。研究表明,运行了22 080 h的催化剂的脱硝率为57%,催化剂破碎和断裂较严重,比表面积下降2.48%~5.12%,XRD及XRF表征发现,催化剂被灰尘堵塞,有明显的K和Na中毒现象。
After running for 22 080 h in the SCR denitrification system in one power plant, the used catalyst were characterized and its denitrification rate were investigated. The experimental results indicated that NOx removal rate of the power plant flue gas over the catalyst declined to 57% and the specific surface area decreased 2.48% - 5.12% after operation for 22 080 h. The results of XRD and XRF characteriza- tion showed that the catalyst was blocked by the dust and exhibited obvious poisoning phenomenon of K and Na.
