摘要
目的探讨北京市房山区2011年手足口病发病时空分布特征,为开展针对性控制措施提供理论依据。方法通过时空扫描分析呈现手足口病时空聚集区域。结果 2011年北京市房山区手足口病发病2 452例,发病率为259.47/10万,发生聚集性病例126起,位居北京市第一位。时空扫描分析结果显示手足口病高发时间为5月8日-8月4日,高峰为6月15-21日,发病最可能聚集区域位于北京市房山区城区中北部,与丰台区邻接,以7~15 km为半径的区域。结论北京市房山区手足口病发病不是随机分布的,存在明显时空聚集,为房山区今后开展针对性的预防控制措施,控制手足口病高发热点区域提供了科学参考依据。
Objective To explore the temporal and spatial distribution of hand-foot-mouth disease(HFMD) in Fangshan District of Beijing in 2011,and to provide a theoretical basis for the disease prevention and control. Method Space-time scan analysis was conducted to show the clusters of HFMD. Results A total of 2,452 HFMD cases and 126 clustered cases were reported in Fangshan District in 2011,which ranked the first in Beijing.The reported morbidity was 259.47/100,000.The results of space-time scan analysis showed that the high incidence of HFMD arose through May 8 to August 4,and the peak time was form June 15 to June 21.The most likely clustered cases were located in the north-central of Fangshan District in a radius of 7-15 kilometer area,which was adjacent to Fengtai District of Beijing. Conclusions The distribution of HFMD in Fangshan District of Beijing is not random,and there are significant spatiotemporal clusters.Useful information can be provided for future prevention and control of the disease.
